Sitecore Key Notes That You Probably Didn’t Know

• Sitecore XP 8.2 Update-1 (rev. 161115) now supports deployments to Microsoft Azure using the Web Apps feature in Azure App Service. 
 
• Sitecore Azure Toolkit is not supported prior to Sitecore XP 8.2 Update-1.
 
• Sitecore Campaign Creator 1.0 require Sitecore XP 8.0 Update 2 or higher.

 
• FXM, Sitecore Social Connected is integrated part of the Sitecore Experience Platform instead of a module.

 
• Starting from Sitecore XP 7.5, Tag Management App is distributed as part of the CMS.
 
• Brightcove and Ooyala connectors for Media Framework 2.1 are released as open source. Sitecore does not provide support for these connectors in Sitecore XP 8.2 and later.
 
• Sitecore Rocks supports all versions of Sitecore through the Good Old Web Service. Sitecore Rocks supports all versions of Sitecore since Sitecore CMS 6.2 through the Hard Rock Web Service.
